Perhaps you have specific skills or work for an organisation that may be able to help in some aspect of our campaigning. 

So what do we need help with?

Registration:  The first and most important way that you may be able to help is to register as a potential bone marrow donor.  Tell your family, neighbours and your friends.  Get them to pass on the message.

Printing:  One of our main “expenses” is printing.  We have produced tens of thousands of leaflets and flyers since the start of our campaign.  We are grateful for the support of the Transport & General Workers Union in Bristol for helping with our first few batches of leaflets and we greatly appreciate that.  We have been helped by - Azimuth Print from Chipping Sodbury, and also Doveton Press in Bristol.  But this is and will be a continuing need of the Campaign.  Perhaps you are in a position to share the load in the future, to sponsor a leaflet, a flyer or a poster campaign. 

Distribution:  Having thousands of flyers is great but we need to get these distributed.  Can you help?  We need helpers for street distribution and going around shops ad businesses.  This is great fun and we work together as a group and support each other.  No experience - no problem.  We had no experience when we started either, so we will help and support you. 

Do you organise mailshots?  Do you manage e-mail circulation lists?  (We can prepare leaflets as .pdf files or information as HTML documents for e-mail distribution).  Please help us to get the message to as many people as possible.

Publicity:  Do you organise or belong to a group or organisation that could support the campaign?  Would you like to invite a speaker to a meeting?  We can organise exhibition stands and are happy to speak to groups, large and small, about any aspect of this Campaign and bone marrow registration and donation. 

Do you have a website that could link to this site, or even better to publish an article? 

Venues for Clinics:  We would like to organise bone marrow registration drives on a more regular basis.  We would also like to try using different times and days in order to attract more people to register.  Could you help by providing us with or organising a venue for a recruitment clinic?  Good publicity is guaranteed!

International:  Our campaign is based in Bristol in the South West of England.  However  we are  contacted by people from all around the world.  Several websites have also either linked to this site or added an article to their site.  If you live overseas (not in the UK) are there any ways that you can help us to spread the message of our campaign?  Or can you point us in the direction of others who may be able to help?
